Audrey Place is a three-unit property in the heart of Wilton Manors, Florida. Unit 3 is a 600 sf apartment with fully equipped kitchen and private outdoor space. It features two TV's with DISH satellite and free wireless internet access. The bedroom has one king bed. Unit 2 has connecting locking doors to both other units, giving vacationers the flexibility of renting just one of the units, either of the larger units PLUS the efficiency, or all three.

Parking is free right in front of the property. Audrey Place is located on a quiet residential street and is a quick four minute walk to Wilton Drive, a ten minute drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach, downtown or the Las Olas entertainment district. Fort Lauderdale international airport is 10 miles away.

No indoor smoking permitted. One small well behaved pet may be considered with security deposit and other restrictions.
